Rhoads Elementary in Katy Independent School District now has a new principal.
The Katy ISD board of trustees appointed current Bear Creek Elementary Assistant Principal Timothy Wolff to lead the Rhoads “Rocket” family toward success.
“I’m excited to embrace this new learning adventure with Rhoads students, staff, parents and its school community,” said Wolff. “Much like a rocket that signifies an exploration and/or journey that reaches unimaginable heights, my goal is to see each student aim high with their dreams and goals.”
In 2001, Wolff started teaching at Sienna Crossing Elementary in Fort Bend Independent School District. He became assistant principal at Walker Station Elementary and later at Dr. Lynn Armstrong Elementary until 2010. Then, he and his family moved to Utah, where he worked as building principal at Morgan Elementary School and as Morgan County School District Title I director. Wo
