Votes cast have been counseled. It take a while because the votes in santa clara are counted here not at precincts. A spokesman believes they are the only county to do it that way. And that spokesman is joining us. Why does santa clara have a slower time on Election Night . We are able to provide unique resources over 72 vote by mail so obviously it takes longer to tabulate the ballots. We have to check the signatures on the ballots and we use tremendous technology that will check the signatures, scan the ballot, for them to the the precinct level and our volunteers open the ballots and we take them back out to habitate. It obviously takes longer to tabulate vote by mail ballot than ballots voted in precincts we have 100 of precincts reporting. We have provisional ballots outstanding if you went and the names do not appear on the roll we give them a provision am ballot and they have to be check by hand and the Voter Registration file to process those in the next 30 days. Expect to have
