Working with typewriters and various ink colors to create works on paper, fabric, and canvas, Reynolds uses patterns, repetition, and overlays to call forth organic shapes, landscapes, and explorations of letter form, supplementing or replacing old meanings with new ones. "Overtype" continues through the Paseo Arts Festival, until June1. Reynolds is a poet and visual artist, and co-founder of Penny Candy Books and Short Order Poems.
