Controversial Rotorua councillor Reynold Macpherson is facing three new code of conduct complaints, including one from the council chief executive.
The new complaints relate to three of his social media posts on the Rotorua Residents and Ratepayers Facebook page.
The first was about a wastewater leak near Ngongotahā on March 2 - the same post mayor Steve Chadwick demanded Macpherson apologise for at a March 4 council committee meeting.

Rotorua Lakes Council chief executive Geoff Williams wrote to mayor Steve Chadwick on March 5 saying the post contained serious accusations . ....

JOHNSTON, Iowa (AP) As Iowa ramps up vaccinations to include everyone between age 16 to 64 with underlying health conditions, state officials acknowledged Wednesday they would rely on an honor system with no validation required when someone claims to qualify for a shot due to a health issue.
The state is allowing adults to get vaccinated if they have any one of several conditions the U.S. Centers For Disease Control and Prevention considers higher risk for severe illness if they get infected. The list includes cancer, heart conditions, lung disease, pregnancy, type 2 diabetes and obesity. Smokers also qualify. ....

Five members of Rotorua s controversial ratepayers group - two of whom are district councillors - have resigned, with some dissatisfied with its leader, district councillor Reynold Macpherson.

However, Macpherson says it was wrong for a little power bloc in RDRR to reset directions and he hopes for reconciliation.
