May 26—BASEBALL BIG NINE CONFERENCE —Kyle Prindle was a perfect 5-for-5 with a double and an RBI and Adam McPhail threw a five-hitter and struck out five as Mayo closed its regular season with a 10-2 win over Faribault. Ian Regal was 2-for-5 with a homer and two RBIs for Mayo while Brevin Goetz and Adam Marshall both had two hits. Goetz scored three runs and Marshall had three RBIs. —Peyton .
