Finite its a way to make sure there are Market Forces at play to entice the broadcasters to actually show up and take a good look at this, and the fcc deserves a lot of decreed, and congress as well, setting a structure where the only options are not continue being a broadcast or turn off your station. They finished a test showing that spectrum sharing works for broadcasters and theres a pathaway forward for a broadcaster to stay on the air, serve the same customers and receive a portion of the option revenue without changing their been plan. I just think that this is a great opportunity for the broadcasters to rethink their business models. Everything else is evolving and this is a Good Opportunity for the Wireless Community and for the broadcasters, and look forward to seeing it play out. Theres this huge benefits for consumers.
