Executive joins winery-restaurant brand from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants has named Beth Scott as chief restaurant officer, the company announced Friday.
The Downer’s Grove, Ill.-based casual-dining company said Scott, left, in the new position will lead operations for the 45-unit brand and support restaurant growth. She most recently served as president of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, a division of Tampa, Fla.-based Bloomin’ Brands Inc.
“We are excited to welcome Beth to the team where her skills and counsel will add great value to our executive leadership team and thinking,” said Tim McEnery, Cooper’s Hawk CEO and founder, in a statement. ....
