WESTERN SPRINGS, IL A Western Springs restaurant is one of 84 across suburban Cook County to receive citations since last month on charges of violating the governor s indoor dining ban.
Hillgrove Tap, 800 Hillgrove Ave., was sent a citation related to indoor dining Dec. 7, according to a news release from the Cook County Public Health Department. Gov. J.B. Pritzker has ordered a ban on indoor dining, citing an increase in coronavirus cases. ....
