Executive Chef Claudio Hotter has officially taken the helm of Marquis Los Cabos culinary program, with an illustrious resume that spans a selection of Mexico hotels, and a deep understanding and passion for healthy and culturally-inspired cuisine. A creative and innovative leader, he previously held the role of executive chef at Five-Star Iberostar Selection Playa Mita prior to a 10-year residence at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. Hotter has also held positions at The Grand Mayan Riviera Maya and Restaurant Canela La Manga in Spain, to name a few. Hotter s epicurean vision will deploy across Marquis Los Cabos five dining concepts, with authenticity, regionally-inspired flavors and thoughtful, savory dishes and plates.
