And now, illness and income loss and inability to pay rent due to the virus. Thousands of seniors, people with disabilities, other low income folks, and families of color are most vulnerable to the homes. I urge expanded support for the Legal Council programs and these are life lines to keep us in our homes. We rely greatly on the temporary rental assistance programs and also the permanent rent sub subsidiaries and we need them to be expanded especially now. So, less money for the police and more money for 100 affordable housing, no more market rates luxury housing and it contains just a trickle of affordable. Thank you. Thank you for your comments. Emergency in this covid19 pandemic. This is a serious situation and we are all concerned about the health and safety of our fellow americans and citizen soldiers and airmen. Thus far members of the national , six guard have tested positive for covid19. We have forced Health Protection measures in place and we will keep our National Guard members informed as the situation develops. We all play an important part in ensuring the health and safety of communities and this is a responsibility we take their take seriously. We are here to support each other and communities. I want to talk about what the National Guard is doing in response to covid19. First of our, its an historic event unlike any weve faced in recent years. In one way of the wall leaning from one branch of the government, and each branch of the government is putting the can in the other persons lap, and hoping that the can will stop there somewhere. Many of the cans have not stopped. So this is the chance to see where the cans are and where they will finally land. So i will begin talking to the panelists in more of a conversation topic, and so we can get into t

So the broad team we picked for this panel, which i think we have detected has been true tore a lot of immigration stuff, since at least this president took over, is that some very important issues have been sort of getting shuttled among three branches of the government. These are you could say these are every each branch of the government is sort of hitting, putting the can in the other persons lap and hoping the can will stop there somewhere. Many of these cans havent stopped. This is our chance to see where the cans are and where they will finally land. So ill begin this by asking questions of our panelists more in a conversational style so we could get to many topics, than sort of one issue only for a long time. So let me start with cecil lia because she represents the aclu which many people regard has been
