After nearly 15 years at Penn State overseeing 33 administrative units supporting students across the University, Vice President for Student Affairs Damon Sims has stepped down and will serve as a special assistant to the president until June 30. Sims will then move to the classroom as a non-tenure-line associate professor. Associate Vice President for Student Affairs Andrea Dowhower has been named interim vice president until a permanent replacement is named. ....
