Nestle India is forming a joint venture with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories to boost the reach of its nutraceutical products, such as Nature’s Bounty and Optifast, across India.
Suresh Narayanan of Nestle India points out that the operating margins are up by 270 basis points, net profits by 250 basis points and cash generation by over 41 billion, that is about 17% of sales.
