The service for the two Fallen Police officers, Lauren Butch Baker and Elizabeth Butler ended at about 3 00 p. M. Law enforcement who showed up from across the continent lined up to pay their final respects. We saw officers from as far away as canada. The Royal Canadian Mountain Police were there along with numerous other agencies. Reno and Las Vegas Police to name a few more. All of those officers are now headed to their respective cities. Tens of thousands heading home after the emotional service. To give you some idea of the number of Law Enforcement who attended, the procession into san jose today was two miles long. From highway 17, hundreds of emergency vehicles made their way into the south bay. They had free rein of the highways, as normal traffic was shut down. While hundreds of Law Enforcement was involved in that procession, that 33mile procession from santa cruz to the south bay, there was much less pomp and circumstance on the way back into santa cruz this afternoon.
