Thomas Flynn, 52, of Coral Drive, was charged with driving under the influence in Darien on Feb. 17.
“I take full responsibility for my actions,” Flynn said in a statement Thursday. “I am sorry to my family and the community for this mistake. I failed to appreciate my medical condition and use of medication and how it could impact me if I consumed alcohol.”
