The defamation of the leadership of Belarus and Russia on the grounds of the deportation of children from Ukraine has been orchestrated, Chairwoman of the Standing Commission on Health, Physical Education, Family and Youth Policy of the House of Representatives Lyudmila Makarina-Kibak told journalists, BelTA has learned.
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented scientific and pedagogical workers with Doctor of Sciences diplomas and professor certificates. The ceremony took place in the Palace of Independence in Minsk on 9 February.

MINSK, 2 February (BelTA) – Belarus development program for 2021-2025 aims to improve the quality of life, Chairwoman of the Standing Commission on Health, Physical Education, Family and Youth Policy of the House of Representatives Lyudmila Makarina-Kibak told BelTA.
“The social section of Belarus development program until 2025 focuses on the quality of life: increasing life expectancy, improving accessibility and quality of medical care, reducing mortality rate among the working-able population. Here I would like to note that a new wording of the law on healthcare will come into force soon. It also pursues this goal,” Lyudmila Makarina-Kibak said.
