Heart of Oregon Corps (HOC) is pleased to announce that it has received a $2 million member-sponsored request from the State of Oregon to assist with the funding of its new centralized campus. Governor Kate Brown this week signed House Bill 4005, the $100 million child care investment package, at Bloom Children's Center in Bend. The Governor was joined by child care providers, early learning advocates, Early Learning Division Director Alyssa Chatterjee, Senator Tim Knopp, and Representative Jason Kropf.
