Derek Lewis LRC Public Information LONDON - After more than a year following his arrest, a jury found Representative Derek Lewis of the 90th district not guilty for operating a motor vehicle under the influence at the conclusion of his trial in Laurel County District Court Wednesday.  âI expected it quite frankly. From the outset, we maintained his innocence,â Lewisâs attorney, Conrad Cessna, told the Times-Tribune. âI felt the evidence that was presented today was in line with the verdict. I donât think the Commonwealthâs burden was met, and I think the jury saw that and returned an appropriate verdict.â ....
