Neshaminy community embraces four teens seriously injured in car crash

And the community has not forgotten them as they work their way back.  It has kept a spotlight on the girls known collectively as the “Neshaminy 4.”  In the weeks since the March 27 accident, more than a dozen fundraisers have been held with more planned or scheduled.  The response has surprised not only families, but organizers.  Nearly $148,000 has been raised so far through a Go-Fund-Me page created the day after the accident by the Northampton Township couple who helped rescue the girls.  “Never did we think starting a Go-Fund-Me would turn into this, said Emily Lohin, who is also planning a summer fundraising event.
