The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said its final goodbyes Friday to President M. Russell Ballard. The church held the funeral services in the morning for the late Acting President of the Church's Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
Raezion Boyd and Deyshun Clark were shot to death on July 24, 2020 outside a house party. Investigators told us that four friends went to a party in northwest Atlanta that night. When they got out of their ride-share, investigators said at least two people started shooting at them from across the street.
Michael Meyer said he was hit by a car on overnight on November 1. The collision left him with a broken left arm, hematoma on his head, shattered left ankle, and cracked ribs. He said police haven't found the driver yet .
Business owner Pat Azogu worries that crime in Buckhead is escalating after becoming the target of a burglary this past weekend. Azogu said the incident left her with more than $2,000 in damages. She told us the day before was her best sales day since opening.
