Investigation the public comes by way of a lot more information that would be made public as opposed to this remaining the criminal proceeding it was before, certainly with the plea deal. do you anticipate that happening here, do you think congress will be more informed and by extension, the american people? i think we are all going to be more informed. if it continued as before and david weiss was the u.s. attorney he could have closed the investigation and not said anything. but the special counsel has a report requirement. he has to write a report and give it to the attorney general. and the attorney general would be under intense public pressure, which he would cave to to make it public. john: jonathan turley is voicing concern he named a special prosecutor from outside the doj, not just elevated the u.s. attorney and asked if it was expanding. jonathan will be joining us the next hour. he knows everything. john: and you do, too, why we
