Year that the explosion on the premiums happened? why was this year look, i know that the overall average, if you spread it out, it doesn t feel so bad, this hike, but in some states it was massive. i think when you talk about premiums, though, we have to talk about the whole picture for the nation. and there are 150 million americans who get their insurance through their job, probably like most people here, and for those americans in the last six years, we ve had five of the slowest years of premium growth that have occurred. so for them, while you don t want any premium growth at all, it s been slowing from before the affordable care act. for people in the marketplace, what we know is 85% of those folks are basically insulated because what happens is your financial assistance moves as premium moves. and for the 15%, it is an issue. and it s one that we think is the place. those are the places we need to focus to improve the affordable care act. and it s in particular states. ther ....
