Autopsies. two reports that each of the victims was stabbed more than once and the coroner telling me that it was likely the same knife used on all four of the victims. here at the rental house where those four students were murdered we saw another full crime scene investigation conducted yesterday. this time it was not moscow pd but rather idaho state patrol and f.b.i. we re told there is a team from the f.b.i. behavioral analysis. we saw evidence techs taking pictures and doing fresh swabs of the grizzly crime soon. looking for additional evidence and collecting it and take additional photos. they are going over it. it is a large scene. not anything in particular was missed but important to have another set of eyes go over it especially with a crime of this ....

Ground for us. is there any sense they are close to catching this killer? well, sandra, one of the big take-aways from last night s news conference, they do not have any suspects identified so no, they do not appear to be close to making an arrest. and because of that, the police chief had to walk back the comments that they have been issuing ever since this took place on sunday that there is no ongoing threat to the community and the people in this area are not in danger. they walked that back completely last night. we also now have a better timeline. two of the victims, madison and kayleigh were seen on video at a food truck in moscow at 1:41 a.m. police said the 21-year-olds had come from a bar nearby and all four of the victims were back at the rental home a few minutes later at 1:45 a.m. the pair does not appear to be in any stress at the point. and another one who lives at the rental house was with her ....
The murders and they have been cooperating with police. they were uninjured. and another person living at the rental house was with her boyfriend ethan at a party before returning to the house about 1:45. no sign of forced entry or evidence of a robbery. they would not say if the unhurt roommates slept through the slayings or were tied up, nothing else about the roommates. the university of idaho president also spoke and got choked up talking about the victims. first my deepest condolences to the families. and friends, excuse me. their loss has been devastating and they were bright lights in our community. ....
