A Redding woman has been reported missing by her family and the Redding Police Department is hoping the public can help find her. According to police, Danielle Bisnell, 27, was reported missing by family members and her location is unknown. Officers say Bisnell has been known to visit northern California, Oregon, and Nevada. Bisnell's mother, Renee Stevens, says she hopes that more will be done during the investigation. "We don't have her phone records subpoenaed.
