The retired volunteer chaplain from Burkburnett spent 24 years teaching the inmates he could reach all convicted felons to not only believe otherwise but to live it. They are men who have been created in the image of God, Bradley said. We all make mistakes in life, but with the right kind of teaching, the right kind of thinking, we can change.
Bradley was presented the Religious Service Award during the Governor’s 2020-2021 Criminal Justice Volunteer Service Awards program.
The statewide award was presented by Texas Board of Criminal Justice Chairman Patrick O’Daniel and TDCJ Executive Director Bryan Collier in an online ceremony April 16.
