Including myself have opted to use secure video teleconferencing which allows them to participate remotely. For those on video conference, once you start speaking, there will be a slight delay before youre displayed on the main service. Speaking into the microphone activates the camera displaying the speaker on the main screen. Do not stop your remarks if you do not immediately see the screen switch. If the screen does not change after several seconds, please make sure youre not muted. To minimize background news and ensure the correct speaker is displayed we ask the members participating by video remain on mute unless you have recognition. For members using the video option, you will notice a clock on the bottom of your screen that will show how much time is remaining and one minute remaining, the clock will turn to yellow. At 30 seconds remaining i will gently tap the gavel to remind members that their time is almost expired. When your time has expired the clock will turn red and i w

What we are saying is that the problem is getting worse. The problem is getting worse in part because of the scope of the attacks has gotten enormous. Companies are experiencing intrusions where 100, 200, 300, 500 servers are being compromised possibly for a small attack or possibly a large attack in terms of the amount of information taken out of the network but the scope of the machines affected is so enormous that the cost is rising into the five, 10, 20 milliondollar range just in terms of hard costs and then there can be costs that run into the hundreds of millions of dollars. So from a Corporate Governance perspective its very hard for companies in advance to prepare themselves for that level of attack. Id love to talk about as we go on a conversation about what that means for a Small Company if you are headed that way and those kinds of costs. Fill up what right now in your mind currently is the biggest problem or issue when it comes to corporate security . The biggest problem w
