Through a windshield at sean monterossa. I have to attorney represen monterossa family says it looks like Vallejo Police have something to hide. How this could happen without some sort of cover up is going to be hard to understand for most of us. That seems to include top city officials. Windshield was tossed out and the truck repaired without the approval of the police chief or city attorney. A city statement said in part the employee has been placed on administered of leaf while the city retains investigator into the instruction of evidence. Those items should have been stored in evidence immediately that night. The truck should have been taken on a flatbed. The family helps to do an independent investigation.
