CDHE Partners with Regent Education on Solution that Provides Undocumented Colorado Students with Equitable Online Experience When Applying for State Financial Aid In the first five months, more than 1,200 students have initiated applications News provided by Share this article Share this article FREDERICK, Md., March 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/  The Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) is enabling Colorado students that historically have not qualified for federal aid to complete an application for state financial aid. Partnering with Regent Education to deliver the Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA), the Department put its ASSET and undocumented students one step closer to attaining a higher education credential or degree. Since launching on October 1, 2020, more than 1,200 students have initiated applications.
