get documents and records, phone records, the ability to analyze those things, but i think it s going to take time. it s a frustration of the criminal justice system and the public has seen how the wheels of justice move slowly. you send a subpoena it could often take weeks to get a response and as you accumulate the data, you have to analyze it. it can take months if not years to put this together. that s why we have a five-year statute of limitations for most of these crimes. we need to be patient though i know it feels like the country is burning down around us and so that s why i appreciate president biden s more forceful speech today, a more forceful speech than the attorney general was able to give yesterday. thank you for being with me. former impeachment manager joaquin castro joins us to reflect on what happened to him on january 6th and how he and his colleagues on capitol hill
