Taunton Magistrates Courts A MOTORIST who failed to give police the details of the driver of a vehicle has received a bill for £1,346 by the court. Stephen Michael Saunders, 23, of Reeds Drive, Woolavington, was found guilty after denying the charge relating to an incident in Portishead on April 29 last year. Saunders was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66, along with £620 costs. A GLASTONBURY man admitted shoplifting in a London branch of Sainsbury s when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates Courts. Mohammed Ouanssaidi, 37, who gave his address as Caravan, Glastonbury, pleaded guilty to stealing food and wine valued at £15.60 from the supermarket in New Bridge Street on New Year s Day.
