I used to come to butetown to go to the mosque. It was the docks back then derelict and depressed. Old, heavy industries were shrinking, as was cardiffs population. But then things began to change. Just look at cardiff now. This city has completely transformed itself in around 20 yea rs. The jobs are in government, theyre in media, in leisure and also in shopping.
