The timber from the 40-year-old Scots pines were roughly and unprofessionally hacked down but have now been reused to make steps, improving the Woodpecker Trail.
IT HAS now been a year since the catastrophic wildfire on the Lickey Hills Country Park but the Lickey Hills Society secretary, Baden Carlson, claims that little has been done by those responsible to prevent another large scale fire.
