A section of Rostrevor Street at Boyes and Hinemoa Park has been shut off as part of the $902,000 “innovating streets of change trial”. Zhang and pharmacist Johny Vwong see traffic backing up at the Tristram and Rostrevor intersection from late afternoon. “I just don’t understand why they’ve installed the speed bumps, it’s only going to increase people s frustration,” Vwong said. “Exactly what are they trying to do on the street?”
