It is moving northeast at 14 miles per hour. Were still 90 miles per hour. Still some tornadic activity. Now it is beginning to wind down a little bit. Still a hurricane but, for us we cool down. Monsoonal moisture, you can see that off to the distance. 50s, 60s, temperatures. Fog is there but no breezes at the moment. Still a decent breeze lot of that moisture will be pushed off to the east, fog will fill in. I think it will be a little thinner than yesterday. Slight warmup but a cooldown. 60s, 70s and 80s on the temperatures. 402, you thought i was going to say 401. It is 402 on a friday morning with the traffic. Hopefully it is quiet. We are starting off friday morning commute. Lets take a look at the tracy commute. There is a nice start today, no major issues and it continues to look good at livermore. Through. Another bad day for 80, this is going to be a long investigation. There. It may be theyre going to let some of these cars through. But it is very slow in the area and traffic is backing up quickly in that area. Lets go and load up this map here for you. Show 80 westbound, that is where it is. Thats where the backup is this morning. Is going to be quickly backing up towards 580. If you know anyone who comes this way. You might as well wake them up and say hey this is a big problem for you. It is going to be for a time. This is what it looks like, traffic is at a complete standstill all the way up to the freeway. This is a major problem, we will let you know more about it. Another bad day for the e sure freeway, basically stand bound. Eastbound not affected. Other commute is pretty normal, highway 580, 680, highway four. Lets go to steve with todays weather.
