Suburban miami community. A wing of the 12 stories peach front building collapsed early this morning. Search and rescue personnel are combing through the rubble being, searching for sur advisors. So far one person is confirmed dead. Correspondent Steve Harrigan has the latest tonight from surfside, hello, steve. Steve mike, officials here insist that this is still a Search And Rescue operation. They say under ground they are hearing a banging. They are not sure its human but they expect to continue the search all night long. Surveillance video shows the collapse of parts of a Condominium Tower at 1 30 a. M. Thursday while most residents were asleep. The most basic questions how many are dead, what caused the collapse, remain unanswered. This is beyond crazy, you know, this doesnt happen in first world countries. Billings just dont fall down like this. So this is inexplicable.
