A decision was made at some point that it would be safer to move these people out of the area in the event that the subject emerged with a firearm. Generally there will be Police Officers too to cover the people while theyre moving from their residence or their business. Reporter at this point, the police have told us that all the businesses that are in the potential line of sight have been evacuated. As are all the residentses and anyone who is inside the single occupancy hotel where this had potential, this person with a gun is being holed up. Those have been brought in for residents in this area who are being affected by the standoff to just kind of sit and lounge in.
