PHILADELPHIA – A Baltimore man who brought class action litigation against SeaWorld and Sesame Place Philadelphia – charging that employees of the Sesame Street-themed park discriminated against his daughter, a Black child, during a meet-and-greet session with some of the park’s costumed characters – has been granted the ability to depose a witness who allegedly did not comply with discovery requests.
PHILADELPHIA – A Baltimore man who brought class action litigation against SeaWorld and Sesame Place Philadelphia – charging that employees of the Sesame Street-themed park discriminated against his daughter, a Black child, during a meet-and-greet session with some of the park’s costumed characters – says that a deposition witness and cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles, has not complied with discovery requests and seeks to compel responses to those requests.

PHILADELPHIA – Sesame Place Philadelphia has denied that it or its employees discriminated against Black children during meet-and-greet sessions with some of the park’s costumed characters, in response to a Baltimore man’s class action suit claiming that it had done so.
