Within the legal world, you look at reasonability. is it reasonable for individuals to feel like they are in immediate threat of bodily injury, serious bodily injury or death? and as we look at different biases and we look at how our criminal justice system has played out, unarmed black people are killed by law enforcement three times the rate of white americans. white federal judges sentence black men to prison sentences on average 20% longer than white men with similar circumstances. and again, going back to even rittenhouse, why a police officer who saw a black man with a pocket knife, jacob blake, was in such fear of his life because he was justified because remember, he wasn t charged in shooting a black man seven times in the back. we look at ourself defense laws, we look at reasonability, how it is defined in the legal construct, and we begin to ....

these are children under the age of 12 that cannot be vaccinated. i m floored by any parent that would send their child without a mask. i also met an indiana doctor who was responding to the viral misinformation claims from another doctor making it very clear that masks work in preventing the spread of covid. the way the virus traveled, they are trapped by masks. i think you can argue at this point what masks are best, where they work best, i think there are reasonable arguments to be made about masks and how to use them, but whether or not they work isn t really in the realm of reasonability to argue. there is an old saying about freedom. your right to swing your fist to offset the tip of my nose. nobody is trying to take anything away from anybody, especially not freedom or anybody s rights but getting vaccinated and wearing masks indoors, there are ways to stop the deadly spread of covid. ....

Arguments to be made about masks, and how we use them. but whether or not they work isn t, really, in the the realm of reasonability to argue. there is an old saying about freedom. your right to swing your fist, stops at the tip of my nose. nobody is trying to take any anything away from anybody, especially not freedom. or anybody s rights. but getting vaccinated and wearing masks, indoors, well, there are ways that we are going to stop the deadly spread of covid. if people won t listen to the scientists, like dr. fauci, maybe, they ll listen to the terminator who i am now calling the maskinator and, wow, does he have a message for those claiming it s all about their individual freedom. arnold? and the only way we prevent it is we get vaccinated, to wear masks, to do social distancing, washing your hands all the time, and not just we think about, well, my freedom is being kind of disturbed here. no. ....
