Punch Newspapers Sections Dennis Naku, Port Harcourt The Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Joseph Mukan, has vowed to go after vigilante groups, which act outside the law to molest and abuse the rights of individuals in communities across the state. Mukan stated this when a retired naval officer and Chairman of the Rivers State Policy Advocacy Committee, Rear Admiral Nicholas Bako, led members to submit copies of security reports compiled by the Niger Delta Dialogue about the region to him in his office in Port Harcourt.
