MANILA -Re-electionists Mayor Marcelino "Marcy" Teodoro wins the mayoral race in Marikina City while Vico Sotto is set to serve his second term as Pasig City mayor as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) officially proclaimed them winners on Tuesday morning.
