The immune response that can be achieved by administering Covid-19 booster shots at a reduced dosage is to be assessed in an international trial, in a bid to maximise global vaccine supply. The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), a global foundation that funds vaccine development, said the trials of up to 3,300 healthy adults in Australia, Indonesia and Mongolia.
