It was not located in the office, as chief campanello stated. The reporter the chief allegedly told the mayor, someone broke in to his office and that someone stole his phone, but there is Surveillance Video from the post office which allegedly shows the chief mailing the phone to his attorney. The phone was examined, it was discovered that all content had been erased. He told investigation that he had no idea how the cellphone was removed from his office mailed to his lawyer.
