News. Police say a car involved in a fatal crash which killed three teenagers at a bus stop in west london last night is believed to have been travelling at high speed. Two of the boys have been named tonight as harry rice and george wilkinson. A 28 year old man who was in the vehicle has been arrested. The change comes after the arrest of a second man, in connection with fridays bomb attack on an underground train, at Parsons Green station in london.
