Police announced the arrest of Raymond Alexander Echols, 28, on Thursday. Court records show that he was booked into the Tarrant County jail April 22 on charges of murder and aggravated assault and has since been released on $125,000 bond. Officers were called the afternoon of Dec. 22 to the 1500 block of Summer Bay Circle, where witnesses reported hearing shots and seeing three men run away. ....
