Rhea County Girls, Notre Dame Boys Overcome Ooltewah

As Rasheed Wallace once said, “both teams played hard” in what would be one of their last games of 2020. While Ooltewah has a date with East Ridge on Saturday, Notre Dame may as well have ripped their hearts from their chests and laid them upon Ooltewah’s homecourt during their 69-48 win over the Owls. Because of the spiking number of COVID-19 cases, coach Jonathan Adams’ boys will be inactive until at least January 4 of 2021.
 
“I thought we came back and played pretty hard, especially after last night and getting waxed by Cleveland,” coach Adams said. ....
