Ian cole is at the crime scene. What do we know at this late hour . Two separate Police Officers have confirmed this was an officerinvolved shooting. Several officers are still here on scene. Those sources also say at least one person was shot and then taken to Regional Medical center. We dont know what led to the shooting. They have shut down road for several hours. It is still shut down at this hour. One neighbor said he heard shots and heard paramedics take that person from the scene. We dont know that persons condition. San jose has had nine officerinvolved shootings this year. Five of which were deadly. Many of the people were out here on neighborhood on call crime down the road when this happened.
