The Federal High Court in Osogbo, Osun State Capital has sentenced five individuals to prison for allegedly defrauding a former Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Timothy Owoeye, of N38 million. The convicts: Rasheed Ojonla, Kazeem Agbabiaka, Babatunde Oluajo, and Oyebanji Oyeniyi were convicted and sentenced by Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel to five years imprisonment for conspiracy and advance-free fraud.
