We are fine tonight and snow is arriving after midnight around 1 00 in the morning and areas northwest and 4 00 in the morning at the coast and philadelphia areas south and east it starts as rain and then the system pulls in cold air and heavy snow by 5 00 and the rain changes to snow along the coast by 9 00 and this is a quick hitting storm no blocking high to keep it here and ending between 10 00 and 1 00 and the height of the storm between 5 00 and 9 00, this is when you get the most vertical motion, lift. 1 to 2 inches per hour and whiteout conditions and the possibility of thundersnow, a day after it felt like april.
