Dont be fooled by the fact it is no longer a hurricane and moving down to Tropical Storm. That has absolutely nothing to do with how big of an impact that storm is going to have on us. We all knew all along it would not be a tropical system by the time it got this far north because the water over the ocean is so much colder this time of the year. That is causing the weakening.
