Sessions court took into consideration medical reports and spot panchnama for conviction
The sessions court on Friday convicted nine people with life imprisonment for killing Eknath Kudale (a real estate agent) in December 2014 at Bhukum. The court observed that “the mode of crime was such that accused gave 26 blows on the vital part of the body of the deceased, resulting in his death”.
