FORT SMITH, Ark. Chad Colley, a long time Fort Smith businessman and a disabled veterans advocate, has died.
Ralph C. Colley Jr., known as Chad Colley, died on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at his home.
He is well-known in Fort Smith and across the nation for his years of work with the Disabled American Veterans Association (DAV).
